How to remove limescale deposits from Bebello Washer, to improve cleaning performance.

If there is debris in the basket, rotate it counterclockwise and lift to remove.</li><li>Use something small, such as tweezers or a needle, to dislodge any scale buildup in these parts, then shake the deposits out and flush out with water. &#xA0;</li><li>If you have a screwdriver, you can try removing the metal grate too, scrubbing any limescale off the heater plate with an old toothbrush.&#xA0;</li></ol>Use the pictures above to help guide you through separating the parts.&#xA0;Afterwards, you can give the washer a really good descaling using the instructions on P16 in the manual:&#xA0;<ul><li>Pour 200ml of White Vinegar (5% acetic acid) and 200ml of water into the main Washer Cavity. (Not the Water Tank).&#xA0;</li><li>Allow mixture to rest for 8 hours (or overnight) in the Washer Cavity.&#xA0;</li><li>Run a &#x2018;Clean&#x2019; cycle with fresh water from the tank to flush out the vinegar &amp; limescale.&#xA0;</li><li>The Washer is ready to use again.&#xA0;</li></ul>

Clearing Debris to Improve Flow

The HEPA filter is removable by opening the cover door on the bottom of your washer. If you can see a buildup of dust on the filter, we would recommend replacing it.

We wouldn&apos;t expect to see this happen within the first year, unless you live in a busy city centre.&#xA0;We will make spares available later in the year to purchase, but for now you can&#xA0;<a href="https://bebello.gorgias.help/en-GB/contact" title="Contact Us" style=" text-decoration: underline;">request a replacement</a> from us if you need one.&#xA0;
