Replacing the HEPA filterUpdated 7 days ago

The HEPA filter is removable by opening the cover door on the bottom of your washer. 

If you can see a buildup of dust on the filter, we would recommend replacing it. We wouldn't expect to see this happen within the first year, unless you live in a busy city centre. 

We will make spares available later in the year to purchase, but for now you can request a replacement from us if you need one.
