My washer isn't starting?Updated 7 days ago

We know it sounds obvious, but make sure that the washer is fully plugged in, and the socket switched on. If you’re still having problems, see below. 

Are the lights flashing?  

No: get in touch with us. 

Yes: Within the lid are two magnets, hidden under the grey rubber 'bungs'. The Washer uses these magnets to detect that the lid is closed. Occasionally, the position of these magnets can move slightly in transit. Luckily, it’s a simple fix. 

Place the lid on a flat surface and press firmly down on the grey rubber 'bungs'. This should return the magnets to their correct position and allow the Washer to sense that the lid is indeed closed.
