My washer isn't cleaning like it used to?Updated 4 months ago

If you’re finding that your washer isn't as effective as it once was, we recommend the following tips. 

• Regularly descale your washer, this will destroy any limescale buildup.
• Check for any limescale debris in the jets, if so, follow this guide.
• Place your detergent tablet near the basket in the metal grate. This will make the tablet dissolve quicker and allows for more time spent cleaning. 

• Holding the ‘Clean’ button until the display reads "29" gives a slightly longer first wash cycle and also cleans at a higher temperature which can be more effective against breastmilk.
• Make sure you’ve optimised your loading.
